2023 BEGINNERS PROGRAMME
if you’re a total fitness novice, have fallen off the wagon, or you WANT TO BRUSH UP ON YOUR TECHNIQUE AND PERFECT THE MOVES BY GOING BACK TO THE BASICS, JOIN MY 4-WEEK BEGINNERS PROGRAMME STARTING THIS JANUARY 2023.
THE PROGRAMME IS aN INSTAGRAM LIVE class AT 6:30PM on MON/TUEs/THURS/FRI. this will be a 30 min workout to build your strength AND STAMINA, FOLLOWED BY A 10-MIN MINDFUL STRETCH AND A JOURNALLING PROMPT to END THE SESSION ✍️
we’ll begin with key concepts and movement patterns and build on these at an digestible pace over the course of the 4-weeks. by the end of the PROGRAMME YOU WILL BE FEELING STRONGER IN YOUR BODY, MORE KNOWLEDGEABLE ON TECHNIQUE, AND MUCH MORE CONFIDENT TO ENTER GROUP FITNESS SPACES if this is something you wish to try. I WILL GUIDE YOU ON HOW TO MOVE WITH CONTROL whilst also tuning into the sensations IN THE BODY for a deep mind-muscle connection. AS ALWAYS, THE VIBE WILL BE FUN AND LIGHT-HEARTED.

If you can’t join the class, all of the classes will be added on catch up so you can take them in your own time. You’ll also have permanent access to this account so you can take the plan again if you fancy.
