4-TO-THE-FLOOR

4-to-the-Floor is very similar to Panorama Barre, except this variation of my signature class doesn't work with a ballet barre and has no ballet influence.

We’ll be seamlessly moving between exercises with as little rest as possible, dipping between dynamic exercises for a cardio burn and isolated moves for a deep shaky sensation.

4-to-the-Floor will yield the same results as Panorama Barre, a total sweat fiesta but will leave you feeling super gassed and ready for whatever the rest of your day brings.
