HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
Cancelling is easy! You go into ‘My Account’ in the top right hand corner of the platform and go to the billing tab to cancel. This will let you watch videos and book classes until the expiry date, which will be confirmed via email. Please let me know why you cancelled via the feedback form, which takes less than a minute to fill in. ☻
I'M A BEGINNER, WHERE DO I START?
Don’t worry, everybody has to start somewhere! There’s a variety of classes labelled ‘L1’ on the catalog so I’d suggest making your way through these before moving onto ‘L2’ labelled classes so that you can get used to some of the moves and technique. The best way to see these is to click the ‘filter’ option on the catalog page and select ‘L1’ on the dropdown menu. After this, listen out for the modifications in the L2 classes as I always give them ☻
HOW DO I FIND THE RIGHT WORKOUT FOR ME?
The workouts are labelled by type of class, body-part worked, level and length. The best way to find a workout you’re after easily is by using the filters. Click on the ‘filter’ button at the top left of the catalog page and you can see the options there. You can also search for workouts by using the search bar on the top left.
HOW CAN I SEE WHICH CLASSES I'VE DONE?
Unfortunately the backend of your account on the platform doesn’t allow you to see this, but if you favourite a class every time you take it then you’ll know which classes you’ve done. There’s a little heart box under the video which you can press to do this.
CAN I DO THE CLASSES IF I'M PREGNANT?
Many of the exercises during these classes may not be suitable for you (depending on your stage in your pregnancy), but if you are in conversation with your doctor and are fully aware of which exercises aren't suitable/where to modify then that's OK. I am usually more than happy for you to join my classes in studios as I am able to talk through your alternatives and supervise your workout but for obvious reasons I am not able to do this in this circumstance.
