STRENGTH

Strength is another low-impact but nevertheless intense workout that will really push your strength to its limits. We’ll be working on the beat of the music like we do in Barre, but at a slower pace and with heavier weights. The movement patterns and sequencing will be simpler because of the heavier load but with lots of repetitions to really fatigue those muscles for maximum results. This is a great addition to the other classes that I offer; it’s a great way to mix up your strength routine to challenge your body in different ways.
