HIIT THE CLUB
HIIT The Club is a high-intensity-interval-training class; a cardio & strength workout that’ll work you to your max. We’ll be moving through a variety of different exercises in circuit style that’ll challenge your full body and rocket your feel-goods through the roof. Working with timed intervals of work/rest on a stopwatch, the aim of the game is to perform exercises as quickly as you can whilst keeping control. Regular short periods of rest will be awarded where you can just breathe it out.
